We just got back from the doctor. We saw a heartbeat. El Nino measured 6w4d +/- 4 days – totally on schedule for the 7 weeks we are today! The doctor was adorable and wrote a little note on the ultrasound. Here is our first baby picture:

wow that’s great! hard to believe that there’s something almost like that in me too…. am v. jealous of the pics… we’re not going to get any until at least 13 weeks, if not 20 weeks!
